Illustrative workflow. Live connections coming soon.

Where the connection fits.

A team view of client conversations

The planned Outlook connection supports a shared workspace mailbox, so an account manager can work from the relationship rather than an isolated thread.

Keep meetings in the plan

Microsoft calendar is part of the planned provider set. Meeting dates should be considered alongside project responsibilities and the people involved.

Separate connection from access

A connected provider and teammate permissions solve different problems. Give Inbox access only to people whose responsibilities require client mail.

What to prepare.

A practical checklist before a live connection becomes available.

  1. Decide which workspace mailbox to connect.
  2. Ask your tenant administrator about consent requirements.
  3. Review the intended calendar and time zone.
  4. Assign a person to resolve expired connections.

What to know today.

  • Live Outlook mail and calendar syncing are planned, not available in the preview.
  • Tenant consent, supported accounts and exact scopes await implementation.
  • A Microsoft connection does not give every member Inbox access.
Ask about this integration

Before you connect.

Can I connect Microsoft 365 now?

No. Connections are in development. These pages describe planned workflows, not integrations you can connect in the current preview. Early access lets you follow the product’s progress; it does not activate this connection or start a paid subscription.

Which permissions will it need?

Exact provider permissions and supported account types will be published after implementation and verification. Review them before granting access. This preview does not request permissions or connect an account.

Will a connection let Nefer act automatically?

Tamaam’s product principle is that Nefer proposes and a person approves. A provider connection is not permission to silently send messages or change your work.

Provider names and marks identify planned compatibility, not partnership or endorsement.
