This policy describes how Tamaam ("we", "us" and "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, use our services, join the early-access list or contact us.
When your organization uses Tamaam to manage client or team information, it is responsible for its own use of that information and for setting appropriate workspace permissions. Contact your workspace administrator for questions about your organization’s records.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including account and contact details, business information, workspace content, early-access requests, article feedback and support messages.
Workspace content can include client records, conversations, projects, tasks, documents and information supplied by authorized members. Feedback and support requests can include the article or search that brought you to us, the issue you describe and the information needed to respond.
We also receive technical and usage information, such as pages visited, interactions, device and browser details, network information and diagnostic logs. Referral and campaign information may help us understand how people discover Tamaam.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, manage workspace access, respond to requests, improve our content and product, communicate about access and service updates, and protect against fraud, abuse and security threats.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, meet a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or follow your consent. The basis depends on the activity and the law that applies.
When information is shared
Workspace content is accessible to members according to the permissions assigned by your organization. Our authorized personnel may access information where needed to support, operate or protect the service.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, communications, analytics, diagnostics and AI processing. They receive information relevant to the services they provide. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

AI and connected services
When you use an AI-assisted feature, your request and relevant workspace context may be processed to generate an answer, draft or recommendation. Avoid providing information you are not authorized to share. Review AI output before relying on it.
Connecting an external account may allow information to be exchanged with that service within the permissions granted. External services apply their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies and permissions before connecting an account.
How long we keep information
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, managing support and access requests, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.
Retention depends on the type of information, the reason it was collected, ongoing service needs and applicable requirements. You can ask us to review or delete information associated with you.

To leave the early-access list or stop optional communications, contact us at the same address. Essential service and security messages may still be necessary while you use the service.
Protecting information
We use administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and managing access within your organization. No online service can eliminate every security risk.
