By accessing or using Tamaam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Tamaam cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. You may not use Tamaam for any illegal purposes, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account, or network.
4. Payment Terms
Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
5. Intellectual Property
Tamaam and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tamaam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create or upload.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tamaam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
