Using Tamaam
These terms govern your use of Tamaam’s website and services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Tamaam for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
Tamaam provides a connected workspace for client relationships, conversations, projects, tasks, documents and business operations. Features and availability may vary by plan and workspace. Questions about these terms can be sent to hi@tamaam.io.
Accounts and workspace access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Workspace administrators are responsible for invitations, roles and permissions. Grant access according to the responsibilities of each member and review it when those responsibilities change. Your organization is responsible for its use of client and team information.
Acceptable use
You must not use Tamaam to violate the law or another person’s rights, impersonate others, commit fraud, distribute malware, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or access private information without authorization.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and process content. Do not include passwords, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information in feedback or support requests.
Your content and our service
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Tamaam permission to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide, support and protect the service, including access by authorized workspace members and relevant service providers.
Tamaam’s software, branding and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant ownership of those materials or rights beyond using the service as permitted.
Our Privacy policy describes how personal information is handled.
AI assistance and external services
Nefer can prepare answers, drafts and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Verify important information and review proposed actions before approving or using them. You remain responsible for your decisions and authorized actions.
External services may have separate terms, permissions and fees. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Tamaam does not control external services or guarantee their availability.
Plans, subscriptions and payments
The applicable offer or checkout identifies the plan, price, billing period, allowances and payment terms. Review those details before purchasing. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms applicable to a subscription form part of that offer, subject to mandatory law.
Joining an early-access list does not itself create a paid subscription or charge a payment method. Promotions apply only under the conditions stated in the relevant offer. See Pricing for available plan information.
Availability and ending access
Maintenance, updates, network issues and external providers may affect service availability. We may change features or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address violations of these terms.
You may stop using the service. Contact us about account closure, content access or deletion. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable requirements, your organization’s authority and our Privacy policy. Keep copies of records essential to your business.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You are responsible for evaluating whether it meets your needs and for the content, decisions and actions of your organization.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and other applicable legal rights continue to apply.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated date appears on this page. Where required by law or the relevant subscription terms, we will provide notice of material changes.
