Where the connection fits.

Move conversations into the team’s view

WhatsApp Business is part of the planned messaging direction. The aim is to bring conversations into Inbox alongside the records needed to answer them.

Keep responsibility visible

A shared conversation needs an owner and a next step. Bringing messages together is useful when the team knows who is responsible for the reply.

A considered response

Use linked client and project context. Review suggestions for scope, commitments and sensitive details before sending anything.

What to prepare.

A practical checklist before a live connection becomes available.

  1. Identify the business messaging account.
  2. Agree who may answer clients.
  3. Decide when a message needs escalation.
  4. Review eligibility and messaging requirements at release.

What to know today.

  • Live WhatsApp messaging is not available in the preview.
  • Account eligibility, templates and messaging windows need release verification.
  • Personal account support and history import are not promised.
Ask about this integration

Before you connect.

Can I connect WhatsApp Business now?

No. Connections are in development. These pages describe planned workflows, not integrations you can connect in the current preview. Early access lets you follow the product’s progress; it does not activate this connection or start a paid subscription.

Which permissions will it need?

Exact provider permissions and supported account types will be published after implementation and verification. Review them before granting access. This preview does not request permissions or connect an account.

Will a connection let Nefer act automatically?

Tamaam’s product principle is that Nefer proposes and a person approves. A provider connection is not permission to silently send messages or change your work.

See the work around
the connection.

A provider is one part of the workflow. Explore the module, learn the method and follow related connection plans.

Provider names and marks identify planned compatibility, not partnership or endorsement.
