Use case
Proposal and invoice software that connects the deal to the paid invoice
A proposal and an invoice are two ends of the same agreement. Between them sit a signature, a project, approved time and payment milestones. When the proposal lives in one tool and the invoice in another, the scope that was sold and the amount that is billed drift apart.
Tamaam keeps them in one chain. A proposal belongs to its deal, the signed agreement sets up the work, and the invoices read the project's milestones and approved time. Tamaam is in early access.
Proposals that keep their commercial context
Proposals, contracts, briefs and files belong with the project, deal or client they explain. A proposal keeps its commercial context: the deal's scope line items, its value and the conversation behind it. Save sections and templates your team trusts and reuse them, so the next proposal starts from your best work.
Nefer can draft a proposal from what she reads in your records, and the draft is yours to review and edit before anything is sent.
Accepted and signed without leaving the flow
The client reads the document on its own page, accepts it and signs it. Signed documents stay easy to find, with their versions and history. Starter includes five signed documents a month; Pro and above have signatures without limit.
From a won deal to the work
When a deal is won, set up the work with the agreement and relationship behind it. The link back to the commercial record stays, so the delivery team can see what was promised. Payment milestones on the project carry the amounts the agreement set.
Invoices that follow the work
Keep draft, sent, late and paid invoices in one ledger. Open an invoice with its client and project context, review the next step and record what was paid. Logged time keeps its project, person and approval status, so you can see what is ready to bill and prepare the invoice with its source intact.
- Invoice status, amount and due date together
- Approved work ready to bill kept separate from billed time
- Payment records connected to the invoice
- Clients bill in your workspace's currency, such as EGP, USD or EUR
Why one chain beats two tools
When proposals and invoices live in separate tools, someone has to copy the scope, the fee and the payment schedule from one to the other. Every copy is a chance for the numbers to drift: a discount agreed in negotiation, a milestone that moved, a change order signed later. In Tamaam the invoice reads the project, the project reads the agreement, and the agreement reads the deal, so the amount billed can be traced back to what the client accepted.
That chain also helps the people who were not in the room. An account manager picking up a client can open the invoice, follow it to the project and the signed agreement, and understand what was promised without asking whoever sold the work.
Getting paid, with the next step prepared
Online invoice payments through Stripe are coming; until then you record a payment when it arrives. When an invoice is late, Nefer connects it to the client's history and any upcoming meeting, and prepares a reminder for you to review. The message stays yours to send.
