Approve and check the result

Separate a proposed action from a confirmed outcome.

The idea to put into practice.

Inspect what will change, who receives it and which record it affects. A proposal and a completed action should remain visibly different, even for a small change.

After a released action runs, check the result. A failed send or unavailable provider must not look successful. Follow the recovery route and inform the responsible person.

The preview uses session data and demonstrated states. A simulated success does not prove an external action. Live delivery and provider errors need separate release verification.

A useful way to approach it

  1. Review the action and target.
  2. Check authority and consequences.
  3. Approve the intended change.
  4. Verify the result and recovery.

Try it with fictional work.

Explain approving a reply, seeing preview success and confirming delivery. Name the evidence needed for each.

Before you move on

  • Target reviewed
