The idea to put into practice.

First check whether the draft answers the question. Then review facts, commitments, tone, recipients and attachments. This catches problems a spelling check cannot.

Remove sensitive internal context. Verify what the recipient should see. Do not keep a promise because the sentence sounds helpful.

Tamaam’s principle is that Nefer proposes and a person approves. Keep this distinction visible for messages, scope changes and money.

A useful way to approach it

  1. Check the actual question.
  2. Verify facts and promises.
  3. Review recipients and sensitive details.
  4. Edit and approve deliberately.

Try it with fictional work.

Review a draft promising an extra feature ‘at no cost by Friday.’ List required approvals and source facts.
