Use case
An AI assistant for agencies that works from your own records
General AI chat tools can write a paragraph, but they do not know that the client went quiet after the last invoice, that a milestone is waiting on their approval, or that the person you want to assign is already over their week. Useful AI for agency operations has to read the actual work.
Nefer is the AI teammate inside Tamaam. She reads your own records, clients, projects, time, conversations, documents and invoices, notices what needs attention, explains why with the sources, and prepares the next step. A person always decides. Tamaam is in early access.
What Nefer does for an agency team
Nefer notices, explains and prepares. She brings an overdue invoice to your attention with the client's history beside it. She prepares a follow-up for a lead that needs a reply. She turns a meeting into proposed tasks and next steps. She flags a deal whose close date has slipped or a project whose plan no longer matches the work.
- A brief before a client call, from the linked records
- Reply and reminder drafts in the team's voice, for review
- Proposed tasks and follow-ups after a meeting
- Signals across clients, projects and money, with reasons
Nefer proposes, a person commits
Anything that reaches a client or touches your money waits for your approval, and you can edit or dismiss every suggestion. Nefer never qualifies a lead for you, and nothing is accepted or sent automatically. That boundary matters most in agency work, where a message to a client is a commitment from the whole team.
Every suggestion shows its evidence
Nefer bases her suggestions on your own records, and every suggestion shows the evidence behind it, with a link to each source. Review the change against what she read before keeping it. If the evidence does not support it, dismiss it.
One assistant across every module
Because Tamaam keeps the whole business in linked records, Nefer can read across them: the client's mail, the project's plan, the invoice's status and the team's week. She appears where the decision is made, in Leads, Deals, Clients, Projects, the Inbox, the Calendar, Documents and Finance, rather than in a separate chat window you have to brief.
Questions and credits
Asking Nefer about your work is free up to a daily allowance: 25 questions on Starter, 60 a member on Pro and 100 a member on Agency. A credit pays for work she produces, like a drafted reply or a proposal, and the whole team shares the plan's credits: 50 on Starter, 100 on Pro and 150 on Agency.
Bringing AI into agency operations sensibly
Start with work where a draft saves time and a person still reviews it: follow-ups, reminders, meeting notes and briefs before calls. Agree who reviews what, and keep that reviewer named. Treat a suggestion as a starting point, check it against its sources, and edit it into your own words before it reaches a client.
As the team gets used to the review step, Nefer's readings across records become the larger benefit: a client going quiet, an invoice that matters to a meeting tomorrow, a person who has no room for the task you are about to give them. These are the connections that are easy to miss when the work is spread across tools.
Your data stays in your workspace
Each workspace is kept separate, connected accounts use encrypted tokens, and roles decide who sees what. Nefer works only inside your own workspace. AI output can be wrong, so review important information before you use it.
