Choose the intake

Name and email are part of the base booking identity. Ask only for information that helps prepare the call. A budget range is intake context; it does not collect payment. Guest recording consent is separate from the other answers.

  1. Open the page → Questions.

Choose Its own questions or A form from Forms.

  2. Configure the question set.

For the page’s own questions, edit the text, answer type, required choice and available options. Start from a set if useful.

  3. Review the extra fields.

Company, Website, What they need, Their budget, The project and other guest information are separate choices.

  4. Preview the Details step.

Check the exact wording, order and required fields from the visitor’s perspective.

Use Forms deliberately

When a Forms form is selected, inspect the chosen form and its questions. It is a linked intake source, not permission to invent a second incompatible question set in the booking page.

Check required answers and form changes again in the client preview. Do not collect credentials or unnecessary personal details as part of a public booking flow.

Prepare reminders

Reminders includes A day before, Ask them to confirm or move it and An hour before. Use the usual reminders applies the offered common setup; review the switches afterwards.

The confirmation-and-move choice gives visitors I’ll be there, Move it and Cancel actions. Review the reminder timing and message so clients know how to confirm or change their booking.

Test the complete visitor path

  • Pick a sample time and review the Details questions.
  • Check required versus optional fields and any choice options.
  • Review recording consent separately.
  • Read Confirmed for the promised invitation and reminder behaviour; verify delivery separately when live publication is available.
