Review before publishing

Choose Publish or Publish changes. Read the list of edits, checks and final address. Warnings need review; blocking issues must be fixed. Use each check’s repair or editor link to correct its source, then return to the publish dialog.

Confirm the version and address

Publish releases the reviewed definition. Earlier responses keep their answered version. Changing a live form’s address stops the old address, so update distributed links and embeds deliberately rather than using a new slug as a cosmetic edit.

Choose a sharing format

Open Share. Copy the direct or tracked link, download a QR code, or choose the embed mode and review its generated code and placement. Use separate tracked links for distinct campaigns when you want to compare sources.

Review personal invitations separately

Send to a client prepares a personal link and email draft. Check the intended person and prefilled details, then review the message in its sending workflow. A prepared draft, opened link and completed response are different states; do not use a draft as evidence that someone received an invitation.
