Open a planning scenario

Open Finance → Planning. Choose the horizon and scenario. Read likely money in, the gap to goals and likely profit alongside the sources of the forecast. New scenario creates a named alternative for comparison.

Understand the levers

Review monthly goal, new projects, average project value, proposals won, team cost and other scenario levers. Scenario overrides describe an assumption; they do not change the underlying client agreements. Back to the records returns the levers to their record-based starting point.

Open or build a report

Open Finance → Reports. Choose a report or template, then review its period, scope, grouping and included rows. When building a report, give the saved result a name that states the business question.

Trace the result before acting

Compare scenarios on the same horizon and reports over the same period. Open the source records for unexpected figures. A forecast should guide questions about pipeline, capacity and collections; use recorded transactions to establish what money actually moved.
