Read client health and relationship signals

Understand the evidence behind a Watch or At risk label before choosing the next action.

Health is a signal, not an engagement stage

Retainer, Project and Ad hoc describe the relationship’s commercial form. Health describes current account signals. Open the health label to inspect its explanation instead of trying to set a healthier label directly.

Read contact, payment and scope together

Overview → Relationship describes contact rhythm, payment and scope. A quiet relationship, overdue invoice and retainer overage need different responses. Read the evidence and date in the relevant signal, then inspect the conversation, invoice or work behind it.

Choose a useful next action

  1. Review Needs you.

Read the most urgent decision and its source.

  2. Investigate the underlying record.

Check client inputs, payment history, recent contact and the current agreement.

  3. Prepare a targeted response.

Draft a check-in or payment reminder, review an invoice, or open the delivery risk.

  4. Check the result in its owning record.

A draft alone is not proof that the client has been contacted.

When the signal seems stale

Check recent activity and the source values before changing payment behaviour or commercial fields. If the account and its underlying record disagree, send support the client code and the specific signal, excluding private conversation content from the initial request.
