Prepare the draft

  1. Open the conversation.

Read the latest client message and any unresolved internal discussion first.

  2. Choose Draft with Nefer or Nefer’s reply.

The proposed text goes into the composer for review.

  3. Read every commitment.

Check dates, prices, scope and any reference to attached files or linked work.

  4. Edit the response.

Formal, Warm and Shorter can help adjust expression. Keep the substance aligned with what your team can deliver.

Resolve a held or outdated suggestion

A newer message can make a prepared suggestion stale. Read the newer material, refresh the suggestion where offered and review the replacement. Do not approve the older draft solely because it was previously ready.

Needs you can include both a reply draft and a proposed record change. Raising a change order or opening a deal is a separate decision from sending an email.

Approve one clear action at a time

Open a proposal’s source and inspect why Nefer suggested it. Apply or the named action commits that proposal; Not now defers it, and Reject declines it. Held proposals need their stated issue resolved first.

For a reply, the composer still needs the intended recipients, attachment check and any required teammate review. Drafting and reviewing are separate steps.

Check what changed

Read the confirmation, conversation activity and the resulting record or draft. If the wording does not fit, edit it directly or discard that draft. Keep the original client request available as the reference for your final decision.
