Review client activity and comments

Separate the team’s discussion from the account’s record of events.

Keep internal context in Comments

Open Overview and scroll to Comments. Read the existing thread, then add a note or reply in context. Reactions can acknowledge a message without replacing a clear next action. Team discussion is different from a client email; use the email composer for an external response.

Keep internal discussion on the account; external messages belong in the email composer. Select the image to view it larger in a new tab.

Find an event in Activity

  1. Open More → Activity.

If Client settings or Activity is already selected, choose that named tab to reopen the additional-pages menu.

  2. Choose This week or Everything.

Widen the range when an older event is missing.

  3. Choose an event kind.

Use Email, Money, Work, Meetings, Forms, On the record or Prepared by Nefer when present.

  4. Open the underlying record.

Inspect the original task, invoice, conversation or meeting before correcting it.

Read the state as well as the event

A draft invoice or prepared reminder is not proof of sending or payment. Activity records events; upcoming work belongs in Coming up and the delivery plan. Read the actor, record and date together.

When context is missing

Clear activity filters and check Comments separately. If an invoice, task or conversation is absent, inspect its client association. Contact support with the client code and the expected event if the owning record and account history still disagree.
