Follow a named item
Open a named task, project, client, document or invoice from a Hub card. Check the record type and name when it opens; a company and its project can share similar wording.
Return through the conversation
Choose Continue in chat for an answer you want to revisit. Use Chats to find that conversation later, then follow its source links or proposed next steps.
Use Search when the card is gone
Open workspace Search and search the record’s name. For a past Nefer conversation, use Search conversations on the Nefer page. A removed daily card is not evidence that the underlying record was deleted.
Keep the right daily question
Keep a reusable question card when you want it back on future mornings. Use pinned conversations for ongoing discussion with Nefer. Keep a linked record’s own status and next action current so returning to it is useful.
