Understand sign-in and security

Read your sign-in method and use the correct account path for security changes.

Open Settings → Security

Read How you sign in and the account address shown. The page describes the sign-in method for your account. Use that current information rather than assuming all accounts use the same credential flow.

Use the indicated identity controls

Password and Two-step verification explain where those controls are managed. When the account uses Google sign-in, follow the Google account’s security settings. Do not expect a read-only value to change a password inside Tamaam.

Review the current session

Read Where you are signed in and the browser information shown. Check the account menu if you suspect you are in the wrong account or workspace. Do not share a session link, password or verification code for troubleshooting.

Recover access safely

Use the account’s normal recovery route for sign-in problems. For missing workspace access after signing in, ask an owner to review membership and role. Contact Tamaam support with the non-sensitive error and account context, excluding credentials.
