Search conversations, pin ongoing work and return to archived or recently deleted chats.

Search your conversations
Open Chats and use Search conversations. Search a distinctive topic or record name. Check the active conversation folder when the result you expect is missing.
Name and pin useful chats
Open Conversation actions to rename an active conversation. Use its pin control to keep ongoing work easy to reach. Choose a name that describes the question or client rather than a vague reminder.
Archive completed discussions
Use Archive for a conversation you want out of the active list. Open the archived folder to read it later and use Unarchive to return it to active work.
Recover carefully
Recently deleted conversations can be restored through their folder and Restore action. Delete for good is permanent and shows a confirmation; do not use it merely to tidy the active list. A conversation link is useful for returning to context, but it does not grant another person access by itself.
